Overview
This ride will start at fire trucker in Ankeny head out on the high trestle Trail to Slater and back to Ankeny. Approximate mileage for this is 25 1/2 miles.
Velorosa team rides will happen most Mondays, May through August. We'll start with riding skills, group riding skills and communication. Once the basics are covered we'll shift gears and put those skills to use by exploring the central Iowa roads and trail systems. These are "no drop" rides. Each week will have a leader, a sweep and we will regroup periodically.
