HOW WE ROLL
Week 1 - Basic skills training for riding in groups. We will cover the basics of riding in a paceline, how to draft, how to rotate within the pace line, and much more.
Week 2 – Review basic skills and instruct any new riders. If time allows, we’ll head out on the trail system or a road route.
