About the Event
Velorosa will partner with Des Moines Street Collective in pop-up bike light giveaway by Gray's Lake. Â
Details:
- What Street Collective will  provide: arrive early with the lights, their pavilion, table, trail maps, and chairs
- Date: 5/9Â
- Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm / while supplies last
- Location: Intersection of Meredith Trail and Kruidenier Trail (Car parking here)
- 4+ volunteers
- Roles and numbers for each (can alternate throughout the evening):
- Light Installer: 2-3
- Light Assembler: 1
- Information: 1-3
- Pending interest and number of volunteers, this could include taking turns riding loops around the lake, identifying riders without lights and either sending them our way or installing on the spot
